Incorrect OU Sefira calendar:
If you go to The OU website, you'll see a link to the CORRECTED Sefira calendar. The calendar they published in their Passover magazine issue skipped a few days in the middle and then tacked them on at the end. (Something like: 1,2,3, ...20, 24, 25, 26, ...49, 21,22,23.)
The incredible thing is that this is not the first time the OU has published an incorrect sefira calendar. You might think that of all the things to proofread carefully, this one would get the attention. You might think that having made the unthinkable mistake once, they'd be careful not to do it again.
You might even think that, having discovered their error, OU would politely ask to send out a Kashrut Alert about their mistake, even though the alerts are done by a
Well don't think any of those things. Just try to guess if they'll ever mess up the count again.
